This is a vintage decorative stick stand. An English, wrought iron hallway umbrella rack, dating to the late Art Deco period, circa 1940.

Pleasingly decorative hall stand with appealing detail
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order

Ornate pierced detail, with central star motif to the domed surmount
