This is a fabulous RARE piece studio art pottery by artist David Keyes, from the 1970s-80s era when he worked at TAP, the Tacoma Art Pottery studio. Vase has an Art Deco look to it. three dimensional face Incised mark TAP on bottom. The piece is not marked D.K. or David Keyes, however he did not always sign his pieces and sometimes they were only pencil signed which would wear away. We were told by the person we purchased it from that it is a David Keyes. It definitely has his unmistakable design. The detail and artistry are amazing, his works are very hard to find, and this one is mint with no chips, cracks, or repairs, Measures 13 x 6.5
