About This Piece

Vintage Design

A woolen rug from the fifties designed by Antonín Kybal, a textile artist and the founder of the Kybal's Textile School at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. Later, they became mass produced due to the popularity they gained during the twentieth century. The rug has a geometric pattern composed of contrastingly coloured rectangular fields. Geometric patterns are typical for Kybal's work from the fifties. The rug is in an excellent condition, after industrial cleaning.

A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
