About This Piece

Vintage Design

Beautiful coffee table by Maison Lancel Circa 1970.

The frame is made of gilded metal, the upper glass top, the inner part for storing bottles and glass is made of chromed metal, the contours as the foot are in shiny black melamine veneers.

In good state of conservation for its age, it does not suffer from structural defects. The gilding of the metal is rather light and has passed somewhat, small traces of use on the tray but no bursts or lack. The glass tray is transparent and painted in black from below, this paint is flaked up in places on certain edges, which is visible in the photos.

The firm opening system well, the table is very stable open as closed, length open 162 cm.
