Modernist Architectural Model in Stained Plywood, presumably Dutch, 1950s. This highly tasteful 1950s Modernist architectural model is well crafted in stained plywood and solid wood. It shows the design work of a truly skilled architect, to be seen in the well chosen proportions of its design. The model has a strong, horizontal character, with a composition of surfaces and volumes being interesting from any point of view. The color of the plywood is warm, and the overall patina gives it an admirable look. It makes a desirable collectable for anyone that appreciates Modernist architecture.
