Vintage Design

Midcentury chandelier "Lantern" in rattan and bamboo, in the style of Louis Sognot. Made in Italy in the 1960s. A wonderful example of midcentury craftsmanship, where bamboo and rattan are perfectly blended. There is no electrical system, that can be installed on request. Dimensions without chain: Height 40 cm. Louis Sognot was a French designer best known for his elegant furniture made from a combination of rattan and wood. Sognot was influenced by Art Deco and Cubist aesthetics, giving his work a unique stylistic touch while still being usable.
