Materially the sands of the world embody a philosophy of unity: on the same canvas, different countries, often politically opposite, far from each other geographically can symbolically unite to create unity on the canvas. Michèle Magnien, Mileg, was born in 1952. After a career in the hospital environment, she embarked on an artistic career. Since then, she has been regularly selected in the largest painting salons in France and abroad: the salon of French artists in Paris, the national society of fine arts in Paris ... Mileg experiments with materials, especially sands, the texture of which fascinates her. Mileg mainly uses acrylic on canvas, and inserts sands, mineral materials such as volcanic lapilli, stones, slates ... Original creations that make you dream.
