About This Piece

This wall sculpture, "Full Moon," crafted in a mix of bronze and resin, is truly unique. It is an artist's proof, numbered two out of four, by French sculptor Michel Pichard, produced in 2017. Inspired by the purity of natural and everyday forms, Pichard presents his interpretation of the celestial body. The contrast between the darker lunar craters and the bronze higher points is beautiful, adding a lot of texture and depth to the artwork.
