Silver probably Italian nicest flower bowl or centrepiece with original gorgeous glass liner. Total width: 44.5 cm (= 17.51 inches). Transition Period / Historicism - Art Nouveau (made circa 1880 / 1890). SILVER 800 (mark is a bit rubbed). Most probably branded by Italian master's mark: AC.C Measures: Total width: 44.5 cm / 17.51 inchess. Total depth: 14.0 cm / 5.51 inches. Total height: 15.0 cm / 5.90 inches. Specifications: Outstanding silver flower bowl (Jardinière) with gorgeous original glass liner. Referring to style, this flower bowl was made during transition period from Historicism to Art Nouveau. The smooth surface of silver bowl's outer wall is ornamented with decorative lines, lockets, scrolls and acanthus leaves (chasing work). The excellently shaped handles are fitting the bowl in perfect manner. Finally, there is a stunningly carved original glass liner existing, decorated with various ornaments (cut star pattern at bottom & small cut stars decorating the glass liner's upper edges which are of scalloped type). Condition: Excellent (there aren't any damages / any imperfections existing).
