Early 19th Century Empire Chest of Drawers in Cherry Trees

About This Piece

Vintage Design

This solid cherry furniture opens by a belt drawer and below six identical drawers, back, larger.
These are equipped with authentic functional locks with bronze entrances and their original palm keys.
The facade has two detached cylindrical columns with chopped bronze capitals and low parts in low parts.
These columns are based on rounded wood elements.
The sides of this piece of furniture are a single piece of one piece to prevent the surface from cracking on the surface.
The wood top of a single panel, with a tab cutting in the front, is chamfered below on the three visible faces.
The interiors of the drawers and the rear of the furniture are oak.
This period weekly Empire will appeal above all for its sobriety and its warm shade.
