Arts and Crafts Paper Roll Cutter, Shop Wrapping Paper Dispenser

An unusual and very useful item, it has a golden oak frame with clover leaf cut outs on the side, the paper roll holder is made in iron and set behind is the heavy serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The Frame of the dispenser is 22” long x 13” high and it is 18” deep
