Exquisite antique Tehran rug, meticulously handwoven in fine wool on a cotton foundation, dating back to the late 19th century. This masterpiece features beautifully stylized floral designs in a stunning array of natural colors. Set against a light turquoise-blue background, the rug's field is adorned with repetitive star patterns in red, intricately decorated with stylized flowers in white, green, and red. Additional stylized floral motifs, enveloped by midnight blue stars, elegantly fill the rug's field. The red border is adorned with palmettes on a midnight blue background and stylized flowers in white, orange, pink, and green. A true work of art from a bygone era. Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
