This is a splendid Marly Horse with a lady (after Coustou) from the 1930s. This stunning sculpture stands on wooden base and depicts a rearing horse with their groom, a lady who has a dagger in her hand. Really nice patina to them. In great condition. This beautiful vintage sculpture would make a wonderful, quirky gift for any equestrian or animal lover, or you could simply treat yourself—you deserve it! In a home residence, this magnificent sculpture would make a striking statement on a mantelpiece or in an elegant foyer. In a hotel or commercial premises, it would add a touch of sophistication and grandeur to a lobby or reception area.
