Vintage Design

Bonnetière slipper Louis XV cherry opening by a door cutouts and a drawer bottom lined long escutcheons cut in iron and high iron sheet.
Its high cross is adorned with a fine inlaid wood with clear compass rose in the middle; the lower cross member, scalloped, is also set with a thin inlay diamond shaped.
Corniche amounts canted - fluted for amounts - resting on two front legs shapely winding and two rear feet light curve.
The interior is lined with two shelves ash (redo)
Origin: Charentes - Period: first half of the nineteenth.
Very good condition after restoration of quality, stripping and waxed patina in our workshop. Lock and key (original) in operating condition.
